Do you ship the items internationally?                                                                                           

Yes, we do ship internationally to all countries.

 

How do you manage to provide faster shipping at the most affordable price?                                      

We have a direct tie-up with reputed couriers Like DHL & FEDEX. Due to the high volume of shipments throughout the year, we hold a Business account with competitive rates, which helps us promote shipping worldwide comparatively at lower costs.

 

Do you charge the amount for shipping?                                                                                    

 Yes, we do charge a nominal amount for shipping. The amount is calculated based on the weight of the product that is highlighted at the checkout page.

 

Can I place an order and have it delivered as a gift to an alternate address?                     

 Yes. We will be happy to have our product delivered as a gift to an alternate address.

 

How do you communicate the dispatch and delivery details?                                                 

We keep you updated through email and SMS (available based on location) till the product is delivered to you.

 

Will I be charged by customs fee/excise taxes on receiving my order?                                         

Since these products are religious and are Retail export. Some countries like the USA encourage retail export and import, and they will not charge customs duties. And some European countries might charge some value of customs duties which are bearable by the buyer.

 

                                                

Payments


What payment methods does your company accept?                                                           

We accept payments through credit card/debit card/ eCheque /PayPal payment gateway, which is safe and secured.

 

How can I pay if I do not have a PayPal account?                                                                   

Anyone who does not have a PayPal account and is not willing to open a PayPal account can pay through your card by choosing PayPal express checkout, and there you can use your card.

 


What should I do if my payment is successful but order not updated?                                 

 This may happen sometime when the refresh button is pressed after payment or when the backspace key is clicked at the time of payment. However, you will get an order update within 12hours. If you do not get any update, you can just mail to [email protected] with your name, shipping address, and proof of payment, so we will pull your order from the shopping cart and will send you an update within 12hours. (NOTE: Please do not clear your shopping cart)

 

 What should I do if my payment is unsuccessful?                                                                       

 In case of unsuccessful payment, you can mail us at [email protected] with product model number, quantity, and sizes (if applicable) with a shipping address with phone number. After that, we will send you a manual PayPal invoice, and you can pay the invoice using your credit card/debit card /cheque / PayPal.

 

Products 

 

What size are the robes?                                                                                                         

Yes, Cassocks and robes can be customized to any size at no extra cost. You can either select your size from the standard size chart or provide us with your custom measurements.

 

Can the robes be machine washed?

Dry wash is preferable because the cassocks come with shoulder pads, and machine wash may spoil the shoulder padding.

 

Does the cassock come with cincture loops?

Usually, the cassocks don’t come with cincture loops, but we can customize them on request.

 

What are the main fabrics used?                                                                                                   

Cassock: We use polyester blend cotton fabric as our standard fabric for cassocks. We also use gabardine for black cassocks.

Stoles: We use silk blend fabric for stoles.

Vestments: All our copes and chasubles are made with church brocade silk fabric. Surplice: We use pure cotton fabric to make surplice.

 

How do I make sure my size for cassocks or robe?                                                                         

Go through the size chart and let us know your suit size/chest size and robe length (regular or long). The length of the robe is 8 to 10 inches lesser than your total height (From head to floor). If not, let us know your customized body measurements so that we will stitch accordingly.

How are you able to give your products at the lowest price?

We manufacture all our products. This is a direct purchase, and there is no intermediator. We weave woven cotton fabrics on our own. We also have our fabric customized with special yarns from BRANDED Fabric manufacturer; thus, we manage to give our products at the lowest price possible.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

When your order is confirmed. We will send you an email about the products that you have ordered. Be sure you go through that.

 

What is the processing time for your products?

Approximately the processing time is 15-20 days. The processing time changes during seasonal time. And if you want your products to be delivered during a particular time, you can mail us at [email protected] and contact us at +18022552045

 

How do I know my order status?

You can check your order status online by logging into your account and by click order status(login->account->my order->view order history).

 

Are there any hidden costs on items sold on PSGVESTMENTS?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on PSG VESTMENTS. Listed prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the checkout page is exactly what you would pay.

After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email and SMS with delivery details. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way.
