What is PSG VESTMENT'S Returns policy?

We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have a headache-free shopping experience. We assure you that all products sold on PSG VESTMENTS are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' ,we regret for your inconvenience and our Easy Returns promise has got you covered.

How do I return an item purchased on PSG VESTMENTS? 

  • For an easy and simple returns follow these steps: 
  • Please contact our customer service representative via Email: [email protected] or by  Call +91 8098005336  (country code is mandatory) within 7 days from the date of delivery. You may also contact through WhatsApp for quick guidance. 
  • Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the return process. 
  • Please ensure that the product is an unused and in original condition which should include all price tags, labels, original packing, and invoice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFUND: 

  • Buyer should contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of a refund. 
  • In case of Refund the entire amount paid by you will be transferred to you
  • To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Buyer is responsible for the return shipping
  • Replacement is subjected to the availability of stock. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.
  • Made-to-order/customized order cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.
  • Items purchased in clearance can be return for exchange to something equal or greater value and refund is not applicable. 
  • We are not responsible if you give the improper information of incorrect size or wrong measurements. 
  • No restocking fees.

DETAILS OF REFUND & REPLACEMENT:

  • In case of receiving entirely a wrong product, we shall get you covered by a free replacement.
  • If the product is damaged in transit, we will send you a free replacement in which customer need not send the item back (a clear picture of the product should be sent to us by buyer) if a picture is not satisfactory, we will request you to send the item back to our US office.
  • If the error is due to the improper information of incorrect size or wrong measurements, we can arrange exchange in accordance with the goodwill of the customers.
